Does your computer act like it has Gremlins in it? It could be a virus or spy ware. Computers going on the internet are at risk unless you are fully protected. Sometimes, even then, new stuff comes out that gets in any way. Most of the time, these malicious programs that can cause damage to your pictures and documents, make your computer slow and crash, can be removed without losing all your information. Take care of it early!

Hardware Components - lots of parts & components are kept in stock for timely repairs and upgrades including but not limited to Hard Drives, DVD Burners, Ram, Motherboards,Video Cards, Power Supplies, Floppy Drives, Fans, Fusers, Rollers, etc.

Data Backup & Transfer - Maybe your hard drive is starting to make a grinding noise or clicking. Maybe you just need more storage space for music and pictures. Whatever the reason you might need a new hard drive, we can backup your drive and move it to the new one. If you get a new computer, we can transfer the data or the data & programs from the old system to the new one. We let you choose. **Please note that if your drive is too far damaged then the data might not come off. If that is the case then we can recommend some very advanced data recovery companies that take apart and rebuild the drive in a "Clean Room". This is a very expensive option but if your data is that critical......

System Installations - Whether you purchase systems from us, the local super store or direct from the manufacturer, we can install them for you. We have the expertise to deploy a small office of 2 to a large enterprise of thousands. Software can be installed to exact specs and then duplicated through out all the new systems.

On Site ServiceAtlantic Computer has a store in South Daytona where people can drop off equipment to be worked on. Businesses and individuals alike are welcome to bring their equipment in. We also have a pickup and delivery service. Call for more info. We work on a first come, first served basis but we also have emergency service available. more info

On Site ServiceWe have exceptional technicians that come to your place of business for service including Network Evaluations. We also have a pickup and delivery program for home users. Businesses are also welcome to use the pickup & delivery service.more info


 

In-Shop Services: When you first bring in a piece of equipment, we collect a diagnostic fee up front (unless your company has been approved for net terms). Once the problem has been determined, the technician will call you with an estimate of what it will cost to repair your product. If you decide to get it fixed, then the diagnostic fee paid gets applied towards your labor as a deposit. If you decide not to get the equipment fixed then you can pick up the item and we keep the diagnostic fee for labor time spent. For simple quick services such as ram memory upgrades, on desktops and some laptops, an appointment can be made so that you can bring in the machine, have the memory installed and tested in 15-30 minutes while you wait. This service availability also depends on the number of emergency repairs checked in which take precedence.

Emergency Sudden Service: If you need something fixed right away, then we have emergency "Sudden Service" available (unless emergency service department is at full capacity already). For a fee in addition to the diagnostic/labor rate, your repair can be moved up in line to go on the bench within 2 hours instead of days. If parts are needed, and in stock, the system will be repaired immediately. If parts needed are not in stock, you will be given the choice of how fast to ship parts in. As soon as those parts come in, your equipment immediately gets finished. A similar service is also available for On-Site.

On-Site Service: is made by appointment. Call the office to schedule. Service dispatch will schedule your business an appointment based on what the problem is, what technician is available, and which tech is qualified for your particular needs. First Call, First Served is the usual method though if you are a regular customer of ours, you will get preference. Should a major emergency occur, like a network down, then we try to expedite those calls.
